Reservations These are initially by phone or email and only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and the relevant deposit. A deposit of £300 per week for Dove Lawn and £200 per week for the one bedroomed flats is required. |

Cancellations and Insurance In the event of cancellation, deposits are not refundable and the full cost will be charged unless the accommodation can be re-let. For this reason holiday insurance is strongly advised and proposal forms are provided. | |
