The flats' main entrance leads into a large modern open plan kitchen with dining area. A separate door leads into a lounge area which has French doors leading onto a private patio and main garden. The bathroom is situated to the rear of the flat, off the bedroom, with a heated towel rail and the shower located over the bath.
